Hotel Pinar Plaza is home to chef Charly Roux and his project Macondo, a restaurant with charcoal as the principle protagonist in its dishes, which combine South American and Mediterranean cultures to create a uniquely flavourful cuisine.

This cuisine can be enjoyed at a number of the hotel’s dining venues, including the main restaurant, with its impressive terrace, the lobby bar, perfect for informal meetings and work sessions, and the rooftop terrace, where you can cool off in the pool overlooking the city.
